As Canada new immigrants, we’d like to adapt our food to Canadian culture, we’d also like to add more flavor to Canadian food. We are trying to be creative to adopt Canadian recipes and food materials into our Kitchen, and at the same time to be able to serve some authentic Chinese dishes to give our customers different experiences.
